St. Paul’s is not blessed with large trust funds or real estate holdings. It does its daily work by inspiring people to give their time, energy and resources for the greater good. Electronic Donations
PayPal
PayPal is a safe, reliable, and inexpensive method for donating electronically. Donations are tax-deductible, and tax receipts are issued by PayPal directly (not by our Church).
Canada Helps
CanadaHelps is another safe and reliable method for online donation. CanadaHelps is a registered charity which assists other charities with online givings. Donations are tax-deductible, and tax receipts are issued by CanadaHelps directly (not by our Church).

INTERAC e-Transfer
St. Paul’s also accepts donations sent through Interac E-transfer. To use this method, please send donations to: treasurer@stpaulshk.org. Donations will be directly deposited in the Church’s account. Donations made in this way are fully tax-deductible, and receipts will be issued at year’s end by the Church itself. Donations will be deposited in our general operating fund unless otherwise noted, so please specify if you want your donation to be used for a special purpose (eg. Water Mission, Youth Ministry, etc.).
In-Person Donations
Worship Services
Place your donation (church envelopes, guest envelope, cheque, cash, etc.) on the offering plate located at the rear of the Church. All cheques should be made payable to “St. Paul’s Anglican Church”.
Church Envelopes
If preferred, donations can be made using pre-numbered Church envelopes. This is a convenient, time-saving, and effective way to ensure that all your donations are accurately recorded and summarized for charitable receipt purposes at each year end. You can request envelopes by checking off the request line on the guest donation envelopes found in the pews, by contacting the Envelope Secretary at envelopes@stpaulshk.org, or by contacting the Church office using the contact info at the bottom of this page.
PAW (monthly Pre-Authorized Withdrawal)
PAW is a direct debit program that allows people to support their Church through an automatic monthly withdrawal from their bank account. You can find the application form online here, or by picking up a copy in the Church foyer or office. Complete the form, include a voided cheque, and either drop it in the offering plate or at the Church office. The desired amount will be withdrawn from the account on the last business day of each month. The amount charged can be changed at any time by filling out a revision request form here, or by contacting the envelope secretary at envelopes@stpaulshk.org.
